A salmon farming firm, Wester Ross Fisheries, a subsidiary of Mowi Scotland, has been accused of misleading locals in Loch Broom, Scotland, about plans to install a large feed barge at their fish farm. Residents claimed they were initially told there were no such plans, but it was later admitted at a public meeting that the intention had always been to add the barge.

Watchdog ruling lifts the lid on Scotland’s secretive salmon farms
