By making a donation through www.gsfr.com, the donor expressly agrees to these Terms and Conditions, which govern the use of donated funds, compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) regulations, personal data protection, and all other legal provisions in force in the Argentine Republic.
2. Purpose of Donations
All donations will be used exclusively to support GSFR’s institutional objectives, including:
● Fighting industrial open-net salmon farming.
● Supporting coastal communities and local activists.
● Sustaining the work of our dedicated team protecting the ocean.
3. Nature of Donations
Donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and do not constitute payment for goods or services. They do not grant ownership, participation, or decision-making rights within GSFR.
4. Regulatory Compliance – AML/CTF
GSFR is committed to full compliance with applicable AML/CTF laws. Accordingly:
● Additional information may be requested from donors to verify identity and lawful origin of funds.
● GSFR reserves the right to reject or return donations that, at its sole discretion, may be linked to illicit activities or violate internal compliance policies.
